Shipping Information:

All gift baskets will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Next Day and 2nd Day air shipping is available upon request.  Please contact us for more information before placing your order.  UPS Ground shipping charges are listed below. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.  Any order made on a weekend or major holiday will be shipped the next business day.  Orders received by 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the following business day.  Orders received after 3:00 PM CST will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping to hospitals is not recommended as patients may be discharged before the gift arrives.  We will happily ship your gift to the hospital of your choice, but we are not responsible if the recipient does not receive it and will not issue a refund to you.  You may also be charged a return shipping fee if the gift is returned to us.  It is our recommendation that you have the gift shipped to you so that you can personally deliver the gift or wait to ship the gift once you know the patient or someone else will be home to receive it.

Please make sure to include the correct shipping address during check out.  We do not ship to post office boxes.

Payment Methods
 
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by clicking the "Pay Now" button that is located next to each product.  We offer online payment via PayPal.  If you would prefer to pay by check, please contact us to make arrangements and we will provide instructions on how to order.  

If paying by check:  Your order will ship 5-7 days after we receive your payment.  A $25 fee will be charged if your check is returned.
 

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.  

Local Orders

Orders will be delivered the following business day or any day after that if specified.  If same day delivery is needed, please contact us to find out if it is available before placing your order.

Local orders will be delivered by Gifts of Hope directly to the recepient of your choice in the Baton Rouge area.  Due to increasing gas prices, a delivery fee of $5 will be added.  We happily deliver to all local hospitals including Lady of the Lake, Baton Rouge General, Oschner and Woman's Hospital.  If we are unable to deliver on the first trip, a second delivery fee will be charged to you.

To place an order and pay via PayPal, please email terry@gifts-of-hope.com with your name, order selection(s), delivery address and preferred delivery date and time(if applicable).

Deliveries will not be made on weekends or major holidays unless arranged prior to placing your order.  If Gifts of Hope agrees to deliver on a weekend or major holiday, an additional $10 fee will be added to the $5 delivery fee (total delivery fee to be $15). 

Please provide a phone number for the gift recipient so that we can contact them if there is a problem with delivering their order.

Deliveries for Gifts Purchased Online
Gifts can be delivered to the recipient of your choice.  Once you have selected an item to puchase, click the PayPal "Pay Now" button and continue through the order.  When the order is complete, email terry@gifts-of-hope.com with the recepients address and include what you would like to have written on the notecard.

Gift Basket Contents
As mentioned on each page of our website, our gift baskets may or may not contain the exact items that are shown in the photos and may or may not be in the exact baskets or containers shown.  We guarantee that the gift you purchase will be of the same or greater quality and value as shown, but because we do not always have access to the same items, substitutions are used on a regular basis.

Our Guarantee

Because we want you to be happy with your gift, we will happily replace any defective or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your product.  Please email us immediately if there is a problem with your order.  We may choose to offer a full or partial refund or to send a replacement item, depending on what the problem is.

Damage during shipping will be covered by the shipping company and you will need to keep the package as is in order to show it to them.  We will refund you for the amount of damage and will file a claim with the shipping company.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for ANY reason and will not refund your money if you decide you do not want the product.

Cancelled Orders

Once you place your order and we receive payment, we immediately begin creating your gift.  Because of that, if you decide to cancel your order, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you cancel a custom ordered basket, you will be charged a 50% fee as custom orders are rarely able to be used for another customer.
